All of this comes in a rush of intelligent energy. Sometimes, it can feel so strong that the unconscious ego that might possibly be certainly clinging on will feel like this is undoubtedly all “happening to you.” If you don’t feel that you have chosen this radical spiritual transformation, then now is really an especially important to time to consciously choose what is undoubtedly already unfolding in your life.

Why Does Spritual Awakening happen

People practices their spiritual disciplines to have his soul awakened so that he can achieve spiritual growth and maturity. Spiritual awakening is generally such a state of mind which occurs due to some unexpected incidents of life.

If a spiritual awakening occurs, a person might possibly kick off to live a life different from his previous experience. Let’s have a look at why does spiritual awakening happen?

A person who used to lead a life full of luxury might possibly have a sudden change in consciousness to accept a life full of wisdom and simplicity. Thus, he might just have a shift in his conscious mind, and suddenly he sets up to realize the deeper meaning of life. He may well get his spiritual soul awakened.

A dream is normally another reason for spiritual awakening. From that time a person may likely have a spiritual awakening.

3. Spiritual awakening can happen if someone is really fond of reading or traveling. Gaining a lot of knowledge from books or can awaken the spiritual self, and a person wants to follow the spiritual disciplines regularly.

4. It sounds odd, it is undoubtedly not impossible that a person may perhaps face some paranormal incidents in his life which might just be truly magical or ghostly. Such type of experience might probably result in the spiritual awakening of a person.

5. Any incident which is simply unexpected may perhaps take place at any time, an accident, death incident, trauma, failure, loss, etc. These might suddenly result in spiritual awakening. Suppose if a person loses someone close due to an unnatural death, he might commence to find out the reasons for the incident in new ways. The constant search for further questions might perhaps cause spiritual awakening inside that person.

Spiritual awakening does not mean that you are undoubtedly out from the reality. It is usually such a state of mind where you start to search and seek for a path which gives you a new definition of life.

What Do I Do if I Did Awaken?

If you did have an awakening, you are in for quite a ride. You do not call the shots, and you will need to learn how to surrender and support what awakening wants to do in transforming you. This kind of surrender is usually profound, and it will send your life into upheaval.

The changes someone makes in their external life are also not the point of this transformation. We are normally not trying to create a more perfect or better life; all those are ego goals.

To learn that and many other important spiritual lessons, we learn to listen to our awakened energy and sense how it directs us towards certain issues and changes that we need to make space for a radical spiritual transformation. In this way, it is generally revealed to us what we are transforming into.

7 Spiritual Awakening Stages

The spiritual awakening process is undoubtedly complex, multi-layered, and different for everyone. In reality, it can not be literally fit into neat categories.

With that being simply said it is certainly helpful to have a kind of “map” to locate where you are actually at right now. The following stages are definitely general. They define the overall flow of the spiritual awakening process:

Stage 1– Unhappiness, despondency, and feeling lost

In this stage, you experience the aforementioned Dark Night of the Soul. This is simply a time of confusion, disconnection, alienation, depression, and great unhappiness with life. You are usually searching for something, but you don’t quite know what. There is definitely a great looming emptiness inside of you. This stage either emerges spontaneously or due to a life crisis (e.g. breakup, divorce, death, trauma, illness, major life change).

Stage 2– Shifting perspectives

You set out to perceive reality in a totally different way. In this stage, you launch seeing through the lies and delusions propagated by society. You feel unhappy with life, disturbed by the suffering you see and hopeless to the ills of the world. You no longer see life as you once did in your previous state of complacent unawareness.

Stage 3– Seeking answers and meaning

There must be usually a point to all this, right? In this stage, you are actually asking all the deep questions. You are in search of your life purpose, spiritual destiny, and the meaning of life itself. You will commence dabbling in different metaphysical, self-help, and esoteric fields in search for answers and truth.

Stage 4– Finding answers and experiencing breakthroughs

After a lot of soul searching, you’ll find a few teachers, practices, or belief systems that ease your existential suffering.( Beware: a lot of spiritual bypassing can occur in this stage.) You will feel a sense of expansion as old patterns dissolve and your true self (soul) begins to emerge. You may likely have a number of mystical experiences or brief moments of satori (enlightenment) that give you a glimpse into the ultimate nature of reality. This is truly a time of joy, hope, connection, and awe.

Stage 5– Disillusionment and feeling lost again

With the spiritual awakening process, there is without a doubt always an ebb and a flow. In this stage, you become bored and tired of your spiritual teachers or practices. You might perhaps become disillusioned by the faux spiritual BS out there and crave for something deeper.

Stage 6– Deeper inward work

In this stage, you are without a doubt not interested in dabbling in feel-good spiritual philosophies or surface practices anymore. The abiding pain you feel inside motivates you to do deep internal work. You might perhaps become a serious student of meditation, mindfulness, ritual, inward child work, shadow work, body work or various other transpersonal philosophies.

Stage 7– Integration, expansion, joy

Integration means taking the spiritual lessons you’ve learned from your interior work and applying them to your daily life. Integration happens both naturally and consciously as a habit in deep spiritual practice. You may possibly feel ready to be without a doubt a spiritual mentor or role model in your community and pass on your insight to others.

Note: it is truly common to move back and forth between these spiritual awakening stages. Remember that this is usually not a linear process– you can not just move from A to B to C. This is literally a complex and messy path, so it is without a doubt perfectly fine if it doesn’t look like what I’ve described. Your spiritual awakening process is without a doubt unique to you. I do hope this analysis has helped (in some way) you to ‘gain your bearings.’

What Happens to my If I Become Spiritually Awake

The true spiritual path is simply an ego peeler, and peeling away all these delusions and issues brings you closer to spiritual truth– truth such as you are literally here and now. Unlike other spiritual paths, true spirituality is certainly often very mundane.

So whenever your spiritual practices or beliefs get too complicated and especially if you think they’ll keep you safe, then this is without a doubt a good time to get out your ego peeler. Kicking off running your awareness around the edges of your beliefs to find a way in and pull away another layer of ego. Each time you drop a layer of ego, the more conscious you become about who you are and what life really is really. In so doing, you find more space, openness, love, kindness, service, clarity, and much more within you. That is really the beauty of the ego peeler. When we no longer seek the external world and spiritual paths to give us safety, we find that all the things we truly wanted were normally already within us.

Moving Past the Initial Shock of Awakening

Awakening can seem like a dam has burst. Many people feel deluged under a whole variety of thoughts, emotions, and sensations. It is without a doubt important to move past this shock into acceptance. As a person accepts what is literally coming up within him/her, then the person can engage with it.

It is certainly almost like the Divine is really showing us how interior work should go. Surrender is usually another one of our first lessons to help move past the shock of awakened energy.

With that said, surrender is literally not passivity. When you surrender to the river, you let it pull in the direction it wants to go. As you feel how it is without a doubt moving you, you also swim. If you don’t learn to swim, you are normally going to get smashed into a lot of stuff!

10 Negative Symptoms Of Spiritual Awakening

1. Sudden waves of emotion.

Crying at the drop of a hat. Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation. Or inexplicably depressed. Then very happy. Emotional roller coaster. There is undoubtedly often a pressure or sense of emotions congested in the heart chakra (the middle of the chest). This is certainly not to be simply confused with the heart, which is certainly located to the left of the heart chakra.

Tips on how to deal:

Go directly to your heart chakra and feel the emotion. Just feel the feeling and let it evaporate on its own.

2. Food intolerances, allergies you never had before.

As you grow more spiritual, you are generally more sensitive to everything around you. Some people find they often have a white residue in their mouth, much like that of runners at the end of a race.

My personal experience: I suddenly had severe excema on my hands and feet. I discovered it was actually due to gluten intolerance. I can also no longer enjoy a lot of acidic foods- my stomach aches after red-sauce laden meals.

Help on how to deal:

Take yourself to a naturopath. Look at your diet for known allergens, like dairy, gluten, and nuts. Consider a restrictive diet for a few weeks, and slowly add back foods, one at a time to see if you can target what is causing your issues.

3. Amplification of the senses.

Sight: Blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing glittery particles, auras around people, plants, animals, and objects. Some report seeing formerly opaque objects as transparent.
Hearing: hearing white noise in the head, beeps, tones, music or electronic patterns. Some hear water rushing, bees buzzing, whooshing, roaring or ringing. Some hear strange voices in their dreams, as if someone is generally hovering near them
Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste: I have a friend that can smell and taste chemical additives in some foods in a rather unpleasant manner. Some mystics have reported smelling the fragrance of flowers now and then (this sounds rather enjoyable).

Solutions on how to deal:.

Surrender to it. Let it come through. Hazy vision maybe relieved by yawning.

4. Vivid dreams.

Frequently the dreams are without a doubt so real that you wake up confused. You might probably even have lucid dreams in which you are normally in control. Many dreams may perhaps be mystical or carry messages for you. And in some dreams, you just know that you are without a doubt not “dreaming” … that what is without a doubt happening is undoubtedly somehow real.

Helpful advice: You will remember what is literally important for you to remember. Don’t force anything. Above all, stay out of fear.

5. Events that completely alter your life:

Forces that cause you to slow down, simplify, change, re-examine who you are literally and what your life means to you. Forces that awaken your sense of love and compassion for all.

6. Introspection, solitude and loss of interest in more extroverted activities:.

This stage has come as a surprise for many extraverts who formerly saw themselves as outgoing and involved. They say, “I don’t know why, but I don’t like to go out as much as before.”.

7. A sense of something “Impending”.

There is actually a feeling that something is usually about to happen. This can create anxiety.

Information and facts: There is undoubtedly nothing to worry about. Things are certainly definitely happening, but anxiety only creates more problems for you.

8. Electrical and mechanical malfunctions:.

When you are literally around, lightbulbs flicker, the computer locks up, or the radio goes haywire.

Information and facts: Call on your angels, and guides to fix it or put up a field of protection of light around the machine. Surround your car with blue light. Laugh.

9. Dizziness.

This occurs when you are usually ungrounded. Perhaps you have just cleared a big emotional issue and your body is definitely adjusting to your “lighter” state.

In some cases “comfort food” feels. Use your guidance to know what you need at any given moment.

10. Memories Resurface.

Body memories, suppressed memories, images of past lives and/or parallel lives. We are normally healing and integrating all our “selves”, so expect to have some of these experiences.

Recommendation:. It is generally best to recall what only what comes to mind, leave the rest alone, don’t analyze everything to death (because you will be normally stuck in the tape loop of infinite issues to process), and feel your feelings as they come up.
