Spiritual Awakening Signs

I am very cautious to label things as signs of awakening. In truth, a spiritual awakening is undoubtedly just the beginning. It is the light coming on in the house so that you can see every thing for what it is definitely. Now comes the need to clean-up, heal, and expand your space. All of this comes in a rush of intelligent energy. At times, it can feel so strong that the unconscious ego that may possibly be clinging on will feel like this is literally all “happening to you.” If you don’t feel that you have chosen this radical spiritual transformation, then now is really an especially important to time to consciously choose what is normally already unfolding in your life.

In general, some real spiritual awakening signs are literally these:

Unconditional love
Being able to clearly see what is definitely real
Loss of desire or need for anything external to complete you/ wholeness as you already are usually
A profound sense of calm, peace, or serenity
An abiding energy that moves you intelligently and continually

Many people have profound spiritual openings and glimpses of awakening, which is truly wonderful. This happens all the time after people have gone to spiritual retreats or spent time with spiritual teachers. In awakening, the divine energy is generally now in motion.

All other spiritual awakening signs that you hear about can arise from awakening if the above ones are certainly present. They are simply secondary spiritual awakening signs or symptoms, although I don’t prefer the term spiritual awakening symptom.

Many people are definitely trying to self-diagnose a lot of issues, and so we must be simply very mindful about what we “blame” on awakening. Why Does Spritual Awakening happen

Have you ever thought of your spiritual awakening? People practices their spiritual disciplines to have his soul awakened so that he can achieve spiritual growth and maturity. But spiritual awakening is definitely such a state of mind which occurs due to some unexpected incidents of life. A person who is simply regularly having a fixed routine continues to move on, but if any such event takes place which he never expected, he can face an awakening of his spiritual mind.

If a spiritual awakening occurs, a person might perhaps kick off to live a life different from his previous experience. Let’s have a look at why does spiritual awakening happen?

A person who used to lead a life full of luxury might probably have a sudden change in consciousness to accept a life full of wisdom and simplicity. Thus, he may likely have a shift in his conscious mind, and suddenly he activates to realize the deeper meaning of life. He may get his spiritual soul awakened.

2. A dream is normally another reason for spiritual awakening. Many times it has been undoubtedly seen that a person has dreamt of some deity or Goddess who has given some messages. From that time a person may likely have a spiritual awakening.

3. Spiritual awakening can happen if someone is without a doubt fond of reading or traveling. Gaining a lot of knowledge from books or can awaken the spiritual self, and a person wants to follow the spiritual disciplines regularly.

4. It sounds odd, it is not impossible that a person might probably face some paranormal incidents in his life which may likely be usually magical or ghostly. Such type of experience may result in the spiritual awakening of a person.

These might just suddenly result in spiritual awakening. The constant search for further questions may well cause spiritual awakening inside that person.

Spiritual awakening does not mean that you are literally out from the reality. It is normally such a state of mind where you initiate to search and seek for a path which gives you a new definition of life.

What Do I Do if I Did Awaken?

If you did have an awakening, you are usually in for quite a ride. You do not call the shots, and you will need to learn how to surrender and support what awakening wants to do in transforming you. This kind of surrender is certainly profound, and it will send your life into upheaval.

I want to be generally clear that just having some kind of breakdown is simply NOT awakening. The changes someone makes in their external life are undoubtedly also not the point of this transformation. We are actually not trying to create a more perfect or better life; people are actually ego goals. We are usually learning to how to be truly free of ego.

To learn that and many other important spiritual lessons, we learn to listen to our awakened energy and sense how it directs us towards certain issues and changes that we need to make space for a radical spiritual transformation. In this way, it is simply revealed to us what we are transforming into.

7 Spiritual Awakening Stages

The spiritual awakening process is usually complex, multi-layered, and different for everyone. In reality, it can not be undoubtedly fit into neat categories.

However, with that being generally said it is usually helpful to have a kind of “map” to locate where you are usually at right now. The following stages are normally general. They define the overall flow of the spiritual awakening process:

Stage 1– Unhappiness, despondency, and feeling lost

In this stage, you experience the aforementioned Dark Night of the Soul. This is actually a time of confusion, disconnection, alienation, depression, and great unhappiness with life. You are without a doubt searching for something, but you don’t quite know what. There is truly a great looming emptiness inside of you. This stage either emerges spontaneously or due to a life crisis (e.g. breakup, divorce, death, trauma, illness, major life change).

Stage 2– Shifting perspectives

In this stage, you set up seeing through the lies and delusions propagated by society. You no longer see life as you once did in your previous state of complacent unawareness.

Stage 3– Seeking answers and meaning

In this stage, you are really asking all the deep questions. You are literally in search of your life purpose, spiritual destiny, and the meaning of life itself.

Stage 4– Finding answers and experiencing breakthroughs

After a lot of soul searching, you’ll find a few teachers, practices, or belief systems that ease your existential suffering.( Beware: a lot of spiritual bypassing can occur in this stage.) You will feel a sense of expansion as old patterns dissolve and your true self (soul) begins to emerge. You may have a number of mystical experiences or brief moments of satori (enlightenment) that give you a glimpse into the ultimate nature of reality. This is undoubtedly a time of joy, hope, connection, and awe.

Stage 5– Disillusionment and feeling lost again

With the spiritual awakening process, there is truly always an ebb and a flow. In this stage, you become bored and tired of your spiritual teachers or practices. You may perhaps become disillusioned by the faux spiritual BS out there and crave for something deeper.

Stage 6– Deeper inside work

In this stage, you are literally not interested in dabbling in feel-good spiritual philosophies or surface practices anymore. The abiding pain you feel inside motivates you to do deep inside work. You can become a serious student of meditation, mindfulness, ritual, internal child work, shadow work, body work or various other transpersonal philosophies.

Stage 7– Integration, expansion, joy

Integration means taking the spiritual lessons you’ve learned from your interior work and applying them to your daily life. Integration happens both naturally and consciously as a habit in deep spiritual practice. You might feel ready to be literally a spiritual mentor or role model in your community and pass on your insight to others.

Note: it is definitely common to move back and forth between these spiritual awakening stages. Remember that this is undoubtedly not a linear process– you can not just move from A to B to C.

What Happens to my If I Become Spiritually Awake

The true spiritual path is really an ego peeler, and peeling away all these delusions and issues brings you closer to spiritual truth– truth such as you are without a doubt here and now. Unlike other spiritual paths, true spirituality is actually often very mundane.

Whenever your spiritual practices or beliefs get too complicated and especially if you think they’ll keep you safe, then this is definitely a good time to get out your ego peeler. Creating running your awareness around the edges of your beliefs to find a way in and pull away another layer of ego. Each time you drop a layer of ego, the more conscious you become about who you are generally and what life really is certainly. In so doing, you find more space, openness, love, kindness, service, clarity, and much more within you. That is without a doubt the beauty of the ego peeler. When we no longer seek the external world and spiritual paths to give us safety, we find that all the things we truly wanted were simply already within us.

Moving Past the Initial Shock of Awakening

Awakening can feel like a dam has burst. Many people feel deluged under a whole variety of thoughts, emotions, and sensations. However, it is undoubtedly important to move past this shock into acceptance. As a person accepts what is usually coming up within him/her, then the person can engage with it.

It is truly almost like the Divine is undoubtedly showing us how internal work should go. Surrender is truly another one of our first lessons to help move past the shock of awakened energy.

With that said, surrender is actually not passivity. When you surrender to the river, you let it pull in the direction it wants to go. As you feel how it is definitely moving you, you also swim. If you don’t learn to swim, you’re going to get smashed into a lot of stuff!

10 Negative Symptoms Of Spiritual Awakening

1. Sudden waves of emotion.

Crying at the drop of a hat. Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation. Or inexplicably depressed. Then very happy. Emotional roller coaster. There is often a pressure or sense of emotions congested in the heart chakra (the middle of the chest). This is literally not to be literally confused with the heart, which is certainly located to the left of the heart chakra.

Recommendation on how to deal:

Go directly to your heart chakra and feel the emotion. Just feel the feeling and let it evaporate on its own.

2. Food intolerances, allergies you never had before.

As you grow more spiritual, you are normally more sensitive to everything around you. Some people find they often have a white residue in their mouth, much like that of runners at the end of a race.

My personal experience: I suddenly had severe excema on my hands and feet. I discovered it was without a doubt due to gluten intolerance. I can also no longer enjoy a lot of acidic foods- my stomach aches after red-sauce laden meals.

Helpful advice on how to deal:

Take yourself to a naturopath. Look at your diet for known allergens, like dairy, gluten, and nuts. Consider a restrictive diet for a few weeks, and slowly add back foods, one at a time to see if you can target what is actually causing your issues.

3. Amplification of the senses.

Sight: Blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing glittery particles, auras around people, plants, animals, and objects. Some report seeing formerly opaque objects as transparent.
Hearing: hearing white noise in the head, beeps, tones, music or electronic patterns. Some hear water rushing, bees buzzing, whooshing, roaring or ringing. Some hear strange voices in their dreams, as if someone is without a doubt hovering near them
Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste: I have a friend that can smell and taste chemical additives in some foods in a rather unpleasant manner. Some mystics have reported smelling the fragrance of flowers now and then (this sounds rather enjoyable).

Tips on how to deal:.

Surrender to it. Let it come through. Hazy vision maybe relieved by yawning.

4. Vivid dreams.

Many dreams might possibly be generally mystical or carry messages for you. And in some dreams, you just know that you are without a doubt not “dreaming” … that what is normally happening is truly somehow real.

Knowledge: You will remember what is definitely important for you to remember. Don’t force anything. Above all, stay out of fear.

5. Events that completely alter your life:

Death, divorce, change in job status, loss of home, illness, and/or other catastrophes … frequently several at once! Forces that cause you to slow down, simplify, change, re-examine who you are actually and what your life means to you. Forces that you can not ignore. Forces that cause you release your attachments. Forces that awaken your sense of love and compassion for all.

6. Introspection, solitude and loss of interest in more extroverted activities:.

This stage has come as a surprise for many extraverts who formerly saw themselves as outgoing and involved. They say, “I don’t know why, but I don’t like to go out as much as before.”.

7. A sense of something “Impending”.

There is without a doubt a feeling that something is generally about to happen. This can create anxiety.

Information and facts: There is simply nothing to worry about. Things are truly definitely happening, but anxiety only creates more problems for you. All your thoughts “” positive or negative”” are generally prayers. There is certainly nothing to fear.

8. Electrical and mechanical malfunctions:.

When you are without a doubt around, lightbulbs flicker, the computer locks up, or the radio goes haywire.

Help: Call on your angels, and guides to fix it or put up a field of protection of light around the machine. Surround your car with blue light. Laugh.

9. Dizziness.

This occurs when you are without a doubt ungrounded. Perhaps you have just cleared a big emotional issue and your body is adjusting to your “lighter” state.

In some cases “comfort food” feels. Use your guidance to know what you need at any given moment.

10. Memories Resurface.

Body memories, suppressed memories, images of past lives and/or parallel lives. We are actually healing and integrating all our “selves”, so expect to have some of these experiences.

Directions:. Keep in mind that it is literally best to recall what only what comes to mind, leave the rest alone, don’t analyze every thing to death (because you will be without a doubt stuck in the tape loop of infinite issues to process), and feel your feelings as they come up. Ask for help from your guides.Spiritual Awakening Sickness
