What Is Simply A Spiritual Awakening

In this profound revelation, a person’s energy moves and initiates to transform you. It heals old wounds, dissolves false beliefs and illusions, and shifts you towards your truest way of expressing yourself and living your life.Spiritual Awakening Blue Light

A spiritual awakening is definitely realized throughout your body, heart, mind, and soul, but no sooner has that erupted than you are really forced to see how limited you have been actually in so many regards. Spiritual Awakening Signs

I am truly very cautious to label things as signs of awakening. In truth, a spiritual awakening is certainly just the beginning. It is literally the light coming on in the house so that you can see everything for what it is generally. Now comes the need to clean-up, heal, and expand your space. All of this comes in a rush of intelligent energy. At times, it can feel so strong that the unconscious ego that may perhaps be truly clinging on will feel like this is normally all “happening to you.” If you don’t feel that you have chosen this radical spiritual transformation, then now is definitely an especially important to time to consciously choose what is without a doubt already unfolding in your life.

In general, some real spiritual awakening signs are really these:

Unconditional love
Being without a doubt able to clearly see what is undoubtedly real
Loss of desire or need for anything external to complete you/ wholeness as you already are really
A profound sense of calm, peace, or serenity
An abiding energy that moves you intelligently and continually

This last part is simply key. Many people have profound spiritual openings and glimpses of awakening, which is generally wonderful. In an opening or glimpse, the window opens, and then it shuts. When it shuts, a person can go back to the way they were generally acting before. This happens all the time after people have gone to spiritual retreats or spent time with spiritual teachers. But in awakening, the divine energy is without a doubt now in motion. Your perspective, emotions, and physical sensations all move and align seemingly on their own. The lights in the house are generally all on. Sure you can close your eyes, but you know the truth. There can be simply a feeling that there is undoubtedly no going back.

All other spiritual awakening signs that you hear about can arise from awakening if the above ones are present. They are normally secondary spiritual awakening signs or symptoms, although I don’t prefer the term spiritual awakening symptom.

Without the above spiritual awakening signs, there is undoubtedly all kinds of reasons people can feel fatigue, energy shifts, depression, disconnected and what not. Many people are certainly trying to self-diagnose a lot of issues, and so we must be truly very mindful about what we “blame” on awakening. When it comes to the body pains and discomfort, when in doubt, check in with a doctor to ensure that your body is definitely healthy.

Simple Signs Of Spiritual Awakening

1. You feel as though your life is simply false

Every thing that you have believed, built, and worked towards seems to be literally false. Your life doesn’t feel as though it is without a doubt your own. You no longer believe that yourself– nearly everything you once enjoyed no longer brings you meaning or satisfaction.

2. You craving for meaning and purpose

You deeply desire to find the meaning of your life. You have no idea what your purpose is definitely, but you want to find it desperately. There is generally a sense that something is really “missing” inside of you (like a part of your soul).

3. You begin asking deep questions

Questions such as “Why am really I here?” “What is without a doubt the purpose of life?” “What happens after we die?” “Why do people suffer?” arise. You begin thinking more philosophically. Such profound thoughts might greatly disturb you as you don’t know the answers.

4. You realize that a lot of what you’ve been truly taught is literally a lie

You set in motion to see how many beliefs, feelings, and values are truly not actually your own, but other people’s or inherited from your culture.

5. You feel completely lost and alone

Nothing in your life seems to make sense anymore. You feel as though you are certainly wandering through an endless wilderness. As a vagabond, you feel completely alone and cut off from people. You struggle to relate to people you once felt close to (i.e. your friends, work colleagues, and family members).

6. You see through the illusions of society

Materialism, success, and profit no longer mean anything to you. You kick off feeling as though you are simply a cog in the machine of society.

7. You see how unhappy most people are truly

You awaken to the unhappiness and suffering of others. You may likely set up to explore activism or read more about the human condition. It is actually tormenting for you to realize how much pain there is actually in the world.

8. You want to ‘purge’ your life

You are definitely sick and tired of feeling stranded, depressed, and hopeless. Suddenly, you feel the need to simplify and declutter your life. This could mean cutting ties with toxic people, reassessing your habits, throwing out old things, relocating to a new job or place to live, or even giving away most of what you own.

9. You begin experiencing deep empathy and compassion

As you commence paying more attention to the many hardships faced by humanity and nature alike, you develop more compassion. Your inherent empathy is usually awakened and you may find it hard to cope with the intensity of your feelings. This is certainly a pivotal point in your inner transformation: you either numb the pain you feel with addictions, or you find healthy ways to accept and express your emotions.

10. You see that we are actually all One

Not only do you intellectually understand that we are generally all interconnected, but you feel it deeply within your bones. You realize that our thoughts and beliefs influence reality, and that we are really all fragments of one great Whole– that is generally, Spirit. Having fully experienced that we are undoubtedly this Oneness, you find peace at last. Occasionally this stage can take years or even an entire lifetime.

Why Does Spritual Awakening happen

Have you ever thought of your spiritual awakening? People practices their spiritual disciplines to have his soul awakened so that he can achieve spiritual growth and maturity. But spiritual awakening is usually such a state of mind which occurs due to some unexpected incidents of life. A person who is regularly having a fixed routine continues to move on, but if any such event takes place which he never expected, he can face an awakening of his spiritual mind.

If a spiritual awakening occurs, a person might possibly set in motion to live a life different from his previous experience. Let’s have a look at why does spiritual awakening happen?

A person who used to lead a life full of luxury might probably have a sudden change in consciousness to accept a life full of wisdom and simplicity. Thus, he may well have a shift in his conscious mind, and suddenly he activates to realize the deeper meaning of life. He might get his spiritual soul awakened.

A dream is normally another reason for spiritual awakening. From that time a person may have a spiritual awakening.

3. Spiritual awakening can happen if someone is literally fond of reading or traveling. Gaining a lot of knowledge from books or can awaken the spiritual self, and a person wants to follow the spiritual disciplines regularly.

4. Though it sounds odd, it is certainly not impossible that a person might perhaps face some paranormal incidents in his life which might perhaps be generally magical or ghostly. Such type of experience might result in the spiritual awakening of a person.

5. Any incident which is without a doubt unexpected may likely take place at any time, an accident, death incident, trauma, failure, loss, etc. These may perhaps suddenly result in spiritual awakening. Suppose if a person loses someone close due to an unnatural death, he may well initiate to find out the reasons for the incident in new ways. The constant search for further questions might just cause spiritual awakening inside that person.

Spiritual awakening does not mean that you are simply out from the reality. It is simply such a state of mind where you set out to search and seek for a path which gives you a new definition of life.

What Do I Do if I Did Awaken?

If you did have an awakening, you are literally in for quite a ride. You do not call the shots, and you will need to learn how to surrender and support what awakening wants to do in transforming you. This kind of surrender is definitely profound, and it will send your life into upheaval.

The changes someone makes in their external life are normally also not the point of this transformation. We are without a doubt not trying to create a more perfect or better life; those are normally ego goals.

To learn that and many other important spiritual lessons, we learn to listen to our awakened energy and sense how it directs us towards certain issues and changes that we need to make space for a radical spiritual transformation. In this way, it is usually revealed to us what we are transforming into.

7 Spiritual Awakening Stages

The spiritual awakening process is simply complex, multi-layered, and different for everyone. In reality, it can not be fit into neat categories.

With that being simply said it is simply helpful to have a kind of “map” to locate where you are undoubtedly at right now. The following stages are general. They define the overall flow of the spiritual awakening process:

Stage 1– Unhappiness, despondency, and feeling lost

This is really a time of confusion, disconnection, alienation, depression, and great unhappiness with life. This stage either emerges spontaneously or due to a life crisis (e.g. breakup, divorce, death, trauma, illness, major life change).

Stage 2– Shifting perspectives

In this stage, you get going seeing through the lies and delusions propagated by society. You no longer see life as you once did in your previous state of complacent unawareness.

Stage 3– Seeking answers and meaning

In this stage, you’re asking all the deep questions. You are truly in search of your life purpose, spiritual destiny, and the meaning of life itself.

Stage 4– Finding answers and experiencing breakthroughs

After a lot of soul searching, you’ll find a few teachers, practices, or belief systems that ease your existential suffering.( Beware: a lot of spiritual bypassing can occur in this stage.) You will feel a sense of expansion as old patterns dissolve and your true self (soul) begins to emerge. You can have a number of mystical experiences or brief moments of satori (enlightenment) that give you a glimpse into the ultimate nature of reality. This is undoubtedly a time of joy, hope, connection, and awe.

Stage 5– Disillusionment and feeling lost again

Life is truly about movement. With the spiritual awakening process, there is undoubtedly always an ebb and a flow. In this stage, you become bored and tired of your spiritual teachers or practices. You might just become disillusioned by the faux spiritual BS out there and crave for something deeper. You might perhaps have even experienced long periods of connection with the Divine, only to become separated again (this is without a doubt normal). Understandably, you’ll feel disturbed and deeply upset by this experience. Additionally, while you might probably have experienced many mental/emotional/spiritual breakthroughs, they might feel superficial. You crave for authenticity and for deep spirituality that permeates your life and transforms every part of you. The unhappiness and stagnation you feel will motivate you to go in search for more.

Stage 6– Deeper inward work

In this stage, you’re not interested in dabbling in feel-good spiritual philosophies or surface practices anymore. The abiding pain you feel inside motivates you to do deep internal work. You may become a serious student of meditation, mindfulness, ritual, inner child work, shadow work, body work or various other transpersonal philosophies.

Stage 7– Integration, expansion, joy

Integration means taking the spiritual lessons you’ve learned from your internal work and applying them to your daily life. Integration happens both naturally and consciously as a habit in deep spiritual practice. You may likely feel ready to be definitely a spiritual mentor or role model in your community and pass on your insight to others.

Note: it is literally common to move back and forth between these spiritual awakening stages. Remember that this is literally not a linear process– you can not just move from A to B to C. This is literally a complex and messy path, so it is literally perfectly fine if it doesn’t look like what I’ve described. Your spiritual awakening process is truly unique to you. I do hope this analysis has helped (in some way) you to ‘gain your bearings.’

What Happens to my If I Become Spiritually Awake

The true spiritual path is without a doubt an ego peeler, and peeling away all these delusions and issues brings you closer to spiritual truth– truth such as you are normally here and now. Unlike other spiritual paths, true spirituality is truly often very mundane. It isn’t heavily decorated, and it isn’t complicated. It is truly simple, direct, and clear.

Whenever your spiritual practices or beliefs get too complicated and especially if you think they’ll keep you safe, then this is undoubtedly a good time to get out your ego peeler. Each time you drop a layer of ego, the more conscious you become about who you are really and what life really is actually. When we no longer seek the external world and spiritual paths to give us safety, we find that all the things we truly wanted were simply already within us.

Moving Past the Initial Shock of Awakening

Awakening can feel like a dam has burst. Many people feel deluged under a whole variety of thoughts, emotions, and sensations.

That said, a lot of initial inward work seems to get done for us. It is definitely almost like the Divine is generally showing us how inward work should go. Surrender is certainly another one of our first lessons to help move past the shock of awakened energy. Choosing and actively engaging with ego issues is literally vital to doing personal work, but initially, surrender must come.

With that said, surrender is actually not passivity. When you surrender to the river, you let it pull in the direction it wants to go. As you feel how it is generally moving you, you also swim. If you don’t learn to swim, you are truly going to get smashed into a lot of stuff!

10 Negative Symptoms Of Spiritual Awakening

1. Sudden waves of emotion.

Crying at the drop of a hat. Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation. Or inexplicably depressed. Then very happy. Emotional roller coaster. There is literally often a pressure or sense of emotions congested in the heart chakra (the middle of the chest). This is definitely not to be really confused with the heart, which is truly located to the left of the heart chakra.

Answers on how to deal:

Go directly to your heart chakra and feel the emotion. Just feel the feeling and let it evaporate on its own.

2. Food intolerances, allergies you never had before.

As you grow more spiritual, you are definitely more sensitive to everything around you. Some people find they often have a white residue in their mouth, much like that of runners at the end of a race.

My personal experience: I suddenly had severe excema on my hands and feet. I discovered it was literally due to gluten intolerance. I can also no longer enjoy a lot of acidic foods- my stomach aches after red-sauce laden meals.

Guide on how to deal:

Take yourself to a naturopath. Look at your diet for known allergens, like dairy, gluten, and nuts. Consider a restrictive diet for a few weeks, and slowly add back foods, one at a time to see if you can target what is simply causing your issues.

3. Amplification of the senses.

Sight: Blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing glittery particles, auras around people, plants, animals, and objects. Some report seeing formerly opaque objects as transparent.
Hearing: hearing white noise in the head, beeps, tones, music or electronic patterns. Some hear water rushing, bees buzzing, whooshing, roaring or ringing. Some hear strange voices in their dreams, as if someone is truly hovering near them
Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste: I have a friend that can smell and taste chemical additives in some foods in a rather unpleasant manner. Some mystics have reported smelling the fragrance of flowers now and then (this sounds rather enjoyable).

Information on how to deal:.

Surrender to it. Let it come through. Hazy vision maybe relieved by yawning.

4. Vivid dreams.

Many dreams might perhaps be really mystical or carry messages for you. And in some dreams, you just know that you are without a doubt not “dreaming” … that what is without a doubt happening is definitely somehow real.

Opinions: You will remember what is truly important for you to remember. Don’t force anything. Above all, stay out of fear.

5. Events that completely alter your life:

Death, divorce, change in job status, loss of home, illness, and/or other catastrophes … occasionally several at once! Forces that cause you to slow down, simplify, change, re-examine who you are without a doubt and what your life means to you. Forces that you can not ignore. Forces that cause you release your attachments. Forces that awaken your sense of love and compassion for all.

6. Introspection, solitude and loss of interest in more extroverted activities:.

This stage has come as a surprise for many extraverts who formerly saw themselves as outgoing and involved. They say, “I don’t know why, but I don’t like to go out as much as before.”.

7. A sense of something “Impending”.

There is generally a feeling that something is normally about to happen. This can create anxiety.

Recommendations: There is actually nothing to worry about. Things are generally definitely happening, but anxiety only creates more problems for you.

8. Electrical and mechanical malfunctions:.

When you are around, lightbulbs flicker, the computer locks up, or the radio goes haywire.

Helpful advice: Call on your angels, and guides to fix it or put up a field of protection of light around the machine. Surround your car with blue light. Laugh.

9. Dizziness.

This occurs when you are simply ungrounded. Perhaps you have just cleared a big emotional issue and your body is actually adjusting to your “lighter” state.

Guide: Ground yourself by eating protein. In some cases “comfort food” feels. Don’t make any food right or wrong for you. Use your guidance to know what you need at any given moment. Take your shoes off and put your feet in the grass for a couple of minutes.

10. Memories Resurface.

Body memories, suppressed memories, images of past lives and/or parallel lives. We are healing and integrating all our “selves”, so expect to have some of these experiences.

Help and advice:. Keep in mind that it is definitely best to recall what only what comes to mind, leave the rest alone, don’t analyze everything to death (because you will be truly stuck in the tape loop of infinite issues to process), and feel your feelings as they come up.
