Spiritual Awakening Signs

I am without a doubt very cautious to label things as signs of awakening. In truth, a spiritual awakening is normally just the beginning. It is generally the light coming on in the house so that you can see every thing for what it is literally. Now comes the need to clean-up, heal, and expand your space. All of this comes in a rush of intelligent energy. Occasionally, it can feel so strong that the unconscious ego that may possibly be undoubtedly clinging on will believe that this is normally all “happening to you.” If you don’t feel that you have chosen this radical spiritual transformation, then now is simply an especially important to time to consciously choose what is simply already unfolding in your life.

In general, some real spiritual awakening signs are normally these:

Unconditional love
Being certainly able to clearly see what is without a doubt real
Loss of desire or need for anything external to complete you/ wholeness as you already are truly
A profound sense of calm, peace, or serenity
An abiding energy that moves you intelligently and continually

Many people have profound spiritual openings and glimpses of awakening, which is literally wonderful. This happens all the time after people have gone to spiritual retreats or spent time with spiritual teachers. In awakening, the divine energy is simply now in motion.

All other spiritual awakening signs that you hear about can arise from awakening if the above ones are definitely present. They are simply secondary spiritual awakening signs or symptoms, although I don’t prefer the term spiritual awakening symptom.

Without the above spiritual awakening signs, there is normally all kinds of reasons people can feel fatigue, energy shifts, depression, disconnected and what not. Many people are undoubtedly trying to self-diagnose a lot of issues, and so we must be definitely very mindful about what we “blame” on awakening. Why Does Spritual Awakening happen

Have you ever thought of your spiritual awakening? People practices their spiritual disciplines to have his soul awakened so that he can achieve spiritual growth and maturity. Spiritual awakening is usually such a state of mind which occurs due to some unexpected incidents of life. A person who is regularly having a fixed routine continues to move on, but if any such event takes place which he never expected, he can face an awakening of his spiritual mind.

If a spiritual awakening occurs, a person might set in motion to live a life different from his previous experience. Let’s have a look at why does spiritual awakening happen?

A person who used to lead a life full of luxury might just have a sudden change in consciousness to accept a life full of wisdom and simplicity. Thus, he might possibly have a shift in his conscious mind, and suddenly he activates to realize the deeper meaning of life. He might get his spiritual soul awakened.

A dream is really another reason for spiritual awakening. From that time a person might just have a spiritual awakening.

3. Spiritual awakening can happen if someone is literally fond of reading or traveling. Gaining a lot of knowledge from books or can awaken the spiritual self, and a person wants to follow the spiritual disciplines regularly.

4. It sounds odd, it is generally not impossible that a person can face some paranormal incidents in his life which might probably be normally magical or ghostly. Such type of experience may perhaps result in the spiritual awakening of a person.

These might perhaps suddenly result in spiritual awakening. The constant search for further questions might possibly cause spiritual awakening inside that person.

Spiritual awakening does not mean that you are literally out from the reality. It is usually such a state of mind where you start to search and seek for a path which gives you a new definition of life.

What Do I Do if I Did Awaken?

If you did have an awakening, you are really in for quite a ride. You do not call the shots, and you will need to learn how to surrender and support what awakening wants to do in transforming you. This kind of surrender is simply profound, and it will send your life into upheaval.

I want to be usually clear that just having some kind of breakdown is truly NOT awakening. The changes someone makes in their external life are truly also not the point of this transformation. We are undoubtedly not trying to create a more perfect or better life; individuals are literally ego goals. We are really learning to how to be certainly free of ego.

To learn that and many other important spiritual lessons, we learn to listen to our awakened energy and sense how it directs us towards certain issues and changes that we need to make space for a radical spiritual transformation. In this way, it is definitely revealed to us what we are transforming into.

7 Spiritual Awakening Stages

The spiritual awakening process is simply complex, multi-layered, and different for everyone. In reality, it can not be literally fit into neat categories.

However, with that being said it is normally helpful to have a kind of “map” to locate where you are really at right now. The following stages are literally general. They define the overall flow of the spiritual awakening process:

Stage 1– Unhappiness, despondency, and feeling lost

This is literally a time of confusion, disconnection, alienation, depression, and great unhappiness with life. This stage either emerges spontaneously or due to a life crisis (e.g. breakup, divorce, death, trauma, illness, major life change).

Stage 2– Shifting perspectives

In this stage, you create seeing through the lies and delusions propagated by society. You no longer see life as you once did in your previous state of complacent unawareness.

Stage 3– Seeking answers and meaning

There must be without a doubt a point to all this, right? In this stage, you are certainly asking all the deep questions. You are usually in search of your life purpose, spiritual destiny, and the meaning of life itself. You will initiate dabbling in different metaphysical, self-help, and esoteric fields in search for answers and truth.

Stage 4– Finding answers and experiencing breakthroughs

After a lot of soul searching, you’ll find a few teachers, practices, or belief systems that ease your existential suffering.( Beware: a lot of spiritual bypassing can occur in this stage.) You will feel a sense of expansion as old patterns dissolve and your true self (soul) begins to emerge. You might possibly have a number of mystical experiences or brief moments of satori (enlightenment) that give you a glimpse into the ultimate nature of reality. This is really a time of joy, hope, connection, and awe.

Stage 5– Disillusionment and feeling lost again

Life is generally about movement. With the spiritual awakening process, there is truly always an ebb and a flow. In this stage, you become bored and tired of your spiritual teachers or practices. You might become disillusioned by the faux spiritual BS out there and crave for something deeper. You may well have even experienced long periods of connection with the Divine, only to become separated again (this is undoubtedly normal). Understandably, you’ll feel disturbed and deeply upset by this experience. Additionally, while you might probably have experienced many mental/emotional/spiritual breakthroughs, they might feel superficial. You crave for authenticity and for deep spirituality that permeates your life and transforms every part of you. The unhappiness and stagnation you feel will motivate you to go in search for more.

Stage 6– Deeper inward work

In this stage, you are certainly not interested in dabbling in feel-good spiritual philosophies or surface practices anymore. The abiding pain you feel inside motivates you to do deep inside work. You can become a serious student of meditation, mindfulness, ritual, personal child work, shadow work, body work or various other transpersonal philosophies.

Stage 7– Integration, expansion, joy

Integration means taking the spiritual lessons you’ve learned from your inner work and applying them to your daily life. Integration happens both naturally and consciously as a habit in deep spiritual practice. You might possibly feel ready to be without a doubt a spiritual mentor or role model in your community and pass on your insight to others.

Note: it is without a doubt common to move back and forth between these spiritual awakening stages. Remember that this is literally not a linear process– you can not just move from A to B to C. This is simply a complex and messy path, so it is generally perfectly fine if it doesn’t look like what I’ve described. Your spiritual awakening process is usually unique to you. I do hope this analysis has helped (in some way) you to ‘gain your bearings.’

What Happens to my If I Become Spiritually Awake

The true spiritual path is normally an ego peeler, and peeling away all these delusions and issues brings you closer to spiritual truth– truth such as you are normally here and now. Unlike other spiritual paths, true spirituality is simply often very mundane.

Whenever your spiritual practices or beliefs get too complicated and especially if you think they’ll keep you safe, then this is really a good time to get out your ego peeler. Each time you drop a layer of ego, the more conscious you become about who you are truly and what life really is actually. When we no longer seek the external world and spiritual paths to give us safety, we find that all the things we truly wanted were without a doubt already within us.

Moving Past the Initial Shock of Awakening

Awakening can feel like a dam has burst. Many people feel deluged under a whole variety of thoughts, emotions, and sensations.

That said, a lot of initial inward work seems to get done for us. It is undoubtedly almost like the Divine is normally showing us how internal work should go. As such, surrender is usually another one of our first lessons to help move past the shock of awakened energy. Choosing and actively engaging with ego issues is generally vital to doing inward work, but initially, surrender must come first.

With that said, surrender is without a doubt not passivity. When you surrender to the river, you let it pull in the direction it wants to go. As you feel how it is moving you, you also swim. If you don’t learn to swim, you are actually going to get smashed into a lot of stuff!

10 Negative Symptoms Of Spiritual Awakening

1. Sudden waves of emotion.

Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation. There is certainly often a pressure or sense of emotions congested in the heart chakra (the middle of the chest). This is generally not to be certainly confused with the heart, which is generally located to the left of the heart chakra.

Tip on how to deal:

Go directly to your heart chakra and feel the emotion. Just feel the feeling and let it evaporate on its own.

2. Food intolerances, allergies you never had before.

As you grow more spiritual, you are definitely more sensitive to everything around you. Your body will tell you what it can no longer tolerate, as if it, too, is certainly sloughing off what doesn’t serve it anymore. You might be actually cleansing yourself of toxins. Some people find they often have a white residue in their mouth, much like that of runners at the end of a race.

My personal experience: I suddenly had severe excema on my hands and feet. I discovered it was undoubtedly due to gluten intolerance. I can also no longer enjoy a lot of acidic foods- my stomach aches after red-sauce laden meals.

Help on how to deal:

Take yourself to a naturopath. Look at your diet for known allergens, like dairy, gluten, and nuts. Consider a restrictive diet for a few weeks, and slowly add back foods, one at a time to see if you can target what is normally causing your issues.

3. Amplification of the senses.

Sight: Blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing glittery particles, auras around people, plants, animals, and objects. Some report seeing formerly opaque objects as transparent.
Hearing: hearing white noise in the head, beeps, tones, music or electronic patterns. Some hear water rushing, bees buzzing, whooshing, roaring or ringing. Some hear strange voices in their dreams, as if someone is undoubtedly hovering near them
Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste: I have a friend that can smell and taste chemical additives in some foods in a rather unpleasant manner. Some mystics have reported smelling the fragrance of flowers now and then (this sounds rather enjoyable).

Directions on how to deal:.

Surrender to it. Let it come through. Listen. Be normally patient. Whatever you do, do not be certainly afraid. Hazy vision maybe relieved by yawning.

4. Vivid dreams.

Many dreams might probably be without a doubt mystical or carry messages for you. And in some dreams, you just know that you are normally not “dreaming” … that what is happening is undoubtedly somehow real.

Advice: You will remember what is really important for you to remember. Don’t force anything. Above all, stay out of fear.

5. Events that completely alter your life:

Death, divorce, change in job status, loss of home, illness, and/or other catastrophes … in some cases several at once! Forces that cause you to slow down, simplify, change, re-examine who you are literally and what your life means to you. Forces that you can not ignore. Forces that cause you release your attachments. Forces that awaken your sense of love and compassion for all.

6. Introspection, solitude and loss of interest in more extroverted activities:.

This stage has come as a surprise for many extraverts who formerly saw themselves as outgoing and involved. They say, “I don’t know why, but I don’t like to go out as much as before.”.

7. A sense of something “Impending”.

There is a feeling that something is without a doubt about to happen. This can create anxiety.

Counsel: There is certainly nothing to worry about. Things are undoubtedly definitely happening, but anxiety only creates more problems for you. All your thoughts “” positive or negative”” are simply prayers. There is generally nothing to fear.

8. Electrical and mechanical malfunctions:.

When you are definitely around, lightbulbs flicker, the computer locks up, or the radio goes haywire.

Useful information: Call on your angels, and guides to fix it or put up a field of protection of light around the machine. Surround your car with blue light. Laugh.

9. Dizziness.

This occurs when you are generally ungrounded. Perhaps you have just cleared a big emotional issue and your body is without a doubt adjusting to your “lighter” state.

At times “comfort food” feels. Use your guidance to know what you need at any given moment.

10. Memories Resurface.

Body memories, suppressed memories, images of past lives and/or parallel lives. We are certainly healing and integrating all our “selves”, so expect to have some of these experiences.

Helpful advice:. It is without a doubt best to recall what only what comes to mind, leave the rest alone, don’t analyze everything to death (because you will be stuck in the tape loop of infinite issues to process), and feel your feelings as they come up. Ask for help from your guides.Mandala Spiritual Awakening
