Spiritual Awakening Signs
I am certainly very cautious to label things as signs of awakening. In truth, a spiritual awakening is undoubtedly just the beginning. It is literally the light coming on in the house so that you can see every thing for what it is certainly. Now comes the need to clean-up, heal, and expand your space. All of this comes in a rush of intelligent energy. Occasionally, it can feel so strong that the unconscious ego that may perhaps be really clinging on will believe that this is generally all “happening to you.” If you don’t feel that you have chosen this radical spiritual transformation, then now is truly an especially important to time to consciously choose what is simply already unfolding in your life.
In general, some real spiritual awakening signs are these:
Being definitely able to clearly see what is definitely real
Loss of desire or need for anything external to complete you/ wholeness as you already are actually
A profound sense of calm, peace, or serenity
An abiding energy that moves you intelligently and continually
This last part is really key. Many people have profound spiritual openings and glimpses of awakening, which is generally wonderful. But in an opening or glimpse, the window opens, and then it shuts. When it shuts, a person can go back to the way they were usually acting before. This happens all the time after people have gone to spiritual retreats or spent time with spiritual teachers. But in awakening, the divine energy is actually now in motion. Your perspective, emotions, and physical sensations all move and align seemingly on their own. The lights in the house are generally all on. Sure you can close your eyes, but you know the truth. There can be truly a feeling that there is actually no going back.
All other spiritual awakening signs that you hear about can arise from awakening if the above ones are without a doubt present. They are certainly secondary spiritual awakening signs or symptoms, although I don’t prefer the term spiritual awakening symptom.
Without the above spiritual awakening signs, there is normally all kinds of reasons people can feel fatigue, energy shifts, depression, disconnected and what not. Many people are undoubtedly trying to self-diagnose a lot of issues, and so we must be truly very mindful about what we “blame” on awakening. When it comes to the body pains and discomfort, when in doubt, check in with a doctor to ensure that your body is undoubtedly healthy.

9. You begin experiencing deep empathy and compassion
As you launch paying more attention to the many hardships faced by humanity and nature alike, you develop more compassion. Your inherent empathy is undoubtedly awakened and you may well find it hard to cope with the intensity of your feelings. Stage 2– Shifting perspectives
You initiate to perceive reality in a totally different way. In this stage, you begin seeing through the lies and delusions propagated by society. You feel unhappy with life, disturbed by the suffering you see and hopeless to the ills of the world. You no longer see life as you once did in your previous state of complacent unawareness.

In this stage, you are normally not interested in dabbling in feel-good spiritual philosophies or surface practices anymore. The abiding pain you feel inside motivates you to do deep interior work. What Happens to my If I Become Spiritually Awake
The true spiritual path is actually an ego peeler, and peeling away all these delusions and issues brings you closer to spiritual truth– truth such as you are undoubtedly here and now. Unlike other spiritual paths, true spirituality is generally often very mundane. It isn’t heavily decorated, and it isn’t complicated. It is actually simple, direct, and clear.
So whenever your spiritual practices or beliefs get too complicated and especially if you think they’ll keep you safe, then this is actually a good time to get out your ego peeler. Starting running your awareness around the edges of your beliefs to find a way in and pull away another layer of ego. Each time you drop a layer of ego, the more conscious you become about who you are without a doubt and what life really is usually. In so doing, you find more space, openness, love, kindness, service, clarity, and much more within you. That is certainly the beauty of the ego peeler. When we no longer seek the external world and spiritual paths to give us safety, we find that all the things we truly wanted were truly already within us.

Moving Past the Initial Shock of Awakening
Awakening can believe that a dam has burst. Many people feel deluged under a whole variety of thoughts, emotions, and sensations. It is without a doubt important to move past this shock into acceptance. As a person accepts what is undoubtedly coming up within him/her, then the person can engage with it.
It is really almost like the Divine is certainly showing us how inner work should go. Surrender is usually another one of our first lessons to help move past the shock of awakened energy.
With that said, surrender is certainly not passivity. When you surrender to the river, you let it pull in the direction it wants to go. As you feel how it is without a doubt moving you, you also swim. If you don’t learn to swim, you are literally going to get smashed into a lot of stuff!
10 Negative Symptoms Of Spiritual Awakening
1. Sudden waves of emotion.
Crying at the drop of a hat. Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation. Or inexplicably depressed. Then very happy. Emotional roller coaster. There is normally often a pressure or sense of emotions congested in the heart chakra (the middle of the chest). This is truly not to be simply confused with the heart, which is undoubtedly located to the left of the heart chakra.
Consultation on how to deal:
Accept your feelings as they come up and let them go. Go directly to your heart chakra and feel the emotion. Expand it outward to your all your fields and breathe deeply from the belly all the way up to your upper chest. Just feel the feeling and let it evaporate on its own. Allowing the emotions to be simply felt will keep them from being usually stored in the body.
2. Food intolerances, allergies you never had before.
As you grow more spiritual, you are literally more sensitive to everything around you. Your body will tell you what it can no longer tolerate, as if it, too, is undoubtedly sloughing off what doesn’t serve it anymore. You might be truly cleansing yourself of toxins. Some people find they often have a white residue in their mouth, much like that of runners at the end of a race.
My personal experience: I suddenly had severe excema on my hands and feet. I discovered it was truly due to gluten intolerance. I can also no longer enjoy a lot of acidic foods- my stomach aches after red-sauce laden meals.
Strategies on how to deal:
Take yourself to a naturopath. Look at your diet for known allergens, like dairy, gluten, and nuts. Consider a restrictive diet for a few weeks, and slowly add back foods, one at a time to see if you can target what is truly causing your issues.
3. Amplification of the senses.
Sight: Blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing glittery particles, auras around people, plants, animals, and objects. Some report seeing formerly opaque objects as transparent.
Hearing: hearing white noise in the head, beeps, tones, music or electronic patterns. Some hear water rushing, bees buzzing, whooshing, roaring or ringing. Some hear strange voices in their dreams, as if someone is normally hovering near them
Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste: I have a friend that can smell and taste chemical additives in some foods in a rather unpleasant manner. Some mystics have reported smelling the fragrance of flowers now and then (this sounds rather enjoyable).
Guidelines on how to deal:.
Surrender to it. Let it come through. Listen. Be usually patient. Whatever you do, do not be without a doubt afraid. Hazy vision maybe relieved by yawning.
4. Vivid dreams.
In some cases the dreams are usually so real that you wake up confused. You may possibly even have lucid dreams in which you are actually in control. Many dreams might probably be actually mystical or carry messages for you. And in some dreams, you just know that you are really not “dreaming” … that what is simply happening is usually somehow real.
Guide: You will remember what is undoubtedly important for you to remember. Don’t force anything. Above all, stay out of fear.
5. Events that completely alter your life:
Forces that cause you to slow down, simplify, change, re-examine who you are normally and what your life means to you. Forces that awaken your sense of love and compassion for all.
6. Introspection, solitude and loss of interest in more extroverted activities:.
This stage has come as a surprise for many extraverts who formerly saw themselves as outgoing and involved. They say, “I don’t know why, but I don’t like to go out as much as before.”.
7. A sense of something “Impending”.
There is actually a feeling that something is simply about to happen. This can create anxiety.
Helpful advice: There is simply nothing to worry about. Things are truly definitely happening, but anxiety only creates more problems for you. All your thoughts “” positive or negative”” are simply prayers. There is really nothing to fear.
8. Electrical and mechanical malfunctions:.
When you are truly around, lightbulbs flicker, the computer locks up, or the radio goes haywire.
Useful information: Call on your angels, and guides to fix it or put up a field of protection of light around the machine. Surround your car with blue light. Laugh.
This occurs when you are definitely ungrounded. Perhaps you have just cleared a big emotional issue and your body is generally adjusting to your “lighter” state.
Directions: Ground yourself by eating protein. At times “comfort food” feels right. Don’t make any food right or wrong for you. Use your guidance to know what you need at any given moment. Take your shoes off and put your feet in the grass for a couple of minutes.
10. Memories Resurface.
Body memories, suppressed memories, images of past lives and/or parallel lives. We are normally healing and integrating all our “selves”, so expect to have some of these experiences.
Recommendation:. It is definitely best to recall what only what comes to mind, leave the rest alone, don’t analyze every thing to death (because you will be undoubtedly stuck in the tape loop of infinite issues to process), and feel your feelings as they come up.
